If you’ve changed your mind, unwashed or unused items in their original packaging may be refunded, exchanged or credited within 14 days of purchase. This applies to full-price purchases only and excludes clearance items. Excludes quilts, toppers, and pillows due to health reasons. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different from a sample shown to you or do not do what they are supposed to, we will refund the full purchase amount and will cover the freight for the return.*Excludes clearance product.
